A note about this blog

Thanks for reading my blog. I wanted to make you aware, the blog posts are short on purpose. Because we all lead busy lives, I wanted articles that jump straight to the point and get you to think about important topics, which hopefully will cause you to take action. This is because both contemplation and action are important to leading a better life. So just reading the blog, and doing nothing, is going to change nothing.

You’ll also note that though I may reference articles or different things, I don’t have any links in my blog posts. This is, again, on purpose. (Mostly because I dislike how some blog posts have dozens of links that I feel compelled to click on.) My posts are published on the 1st and the 15th of almost every month, except for the summer months. If you don’t want to bother coming back to the site to get the articles, you can join my email list, and as a thank you, you’ll get my four month workbook on how to tackle burnout, including resources not found on this website.

I hope you enjoy, and remember, a better life is a combination of contemplation and action.
