About me.
Karim Awad, MD, MBA
My goal, as a coach, is simple. I want you succeed, both at work and in life. Whether you are looking to become a great leader or have a more fulfilling life, I can help you.
A little bit about me: I’m a successful physician leader and a trained coach. In my career, I’ve created several departments, led dynamic teams, been a member of the board of trustees at a $2 billion healthcare organization, and chaired a board of trustees committee. I’ve been the sole facilitator for meetings with close to a hundred participants, including senior executives. Because of my work, I’ve been invited to give talks at regional and national meetings, and have been featured in news outlets. At the start of my career, I was unfulfilled, but, with time, I was able to create a fulfilling career and life. Also, I’ve developed programs that improved fulfillment and leadership for clinicians, including senior leaders.
I trained in Neurology and Sleep Medicine, at Mass General Brigham, Harvard Medical School. After becoming a physician, I earned an MBA, and I’m a International Coaching Federation certified coach. My focus in coaching is to help individuals become effective leaders and executives, and be fulfilled with what they do.
I’m here to help you, so let’s connect.
